This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the ways that Everything About Concrete LLC, a Maine limited liability company (“We” or “Us”) collects, uses and shares personally identifiable information (“PII”) about you, the user of the www.everythingaboutconcrete.com website (the “Service”). This Policy applies to PII that relates to you, which we collect through the Service itself as well as from (and via) Third-Party Services that we use in connection with the Service (detailed below).

This Policy does not apply to PII collected by:

• us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by us or any third party; or
• any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible via the Service.

By visiting, accessing, registering with or in any other way using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of your PII as explained in this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes we may make to the Policy will be deemed to be your acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Service after any modification means that you acknowledge the change and agree to the practices that we disclose in the Policy.

PII That You Provide Us

The PII that we collect on or through the Service may include:

• Information that you enter into forms in the Service.
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
• Details of transactions you carry out through the Service and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the Service.

Through all of the above, we and our Third-Party Services may ask you for a fictional name (username), your phone number, your email address, payment information (if you choose to use paid features of the Service) and depictions of you (if you choose to compete in talent tournaments).

As you use the Service, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information about your equipment and browsing actions, including:

• Details of your visits to the Service, including traffic data, location data, logs, and the resources that you access and use on the Service.
• Information about your computer and Internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

We collect this information to help us understand how people use the Service, how we can improve its speed and how we can make it easier for people to use it. The technologies we use for automatic data collection includes cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. Third-Party Services

We use various Third-Party Services to operate the Service. These include: Stripe, Paypal, Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, and Youtube and may include others in the future.

Third-Party Services collect, use and share PII pursuant to their own privacy and security policies. Some of them, including Google, may use location information and other PII to serve advertisements to consumers on other websites. By using our Service, you consent to our providing PII with Third-Party Services to be used in accordance with their own privacy and security policies as they exist today and as they may change in the future.

Data Security

We use reasonable efforts to protect your PII from unauthorized access, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from unauthorized access by third parties such as hackers. By using the Service, you (a) consent to our using PII as described in this Policy notwithstanding this risk; (b) waive any claims against us relating to the interception, use or disclosure of PII by third parties unauthorized by us; and (c) agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized usage of PII.

Children

To access or use the Service, you must be at either (a) at least 18 years old and have the requisite power and authority to understand and consent to the practices described in this Policy or (b) a person at least 13 years old who is using the Service with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian who has read this Policy, discussed it with you and confirmed your agreement to it. No one under age 13 may provide any information to the Service or use it in any way. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware of a person younger than 13 using the Service, please contact us.

Your Rights With Respect to PII

To update or edit the PII that we keep relating to you, you may simply update the relevant information in the Service’s interface. If you would like us to delete PII that we keep relating to you, please email us at [email protected].

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Service that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Service, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Service. “Do Not Track” Technology

If you use Do-Not-Track tools to prevent websites and software products from tracking your online behavior across websites, please be aware that we do not change the way the Service works (as described in this Policy) in response to requests not to be tracked. When you use the Service, we or our Third-Party Services may use tools to collect information about how you use it.
